I don't get many pkgs via USPS. Over the years about half have been damaged so badly that the contents are broken. Mail is often times delivered to the wrong address. I'm going to start informing the sender of what's happening on this end. They have more power than me to affect change for the better on USPS' part.
Late deliveries and whoever delivers to our house is the laziest person I've ever seen. Instead of delivering a package to our door and knocking or ringing the doorbell, he instead just left it out in the driveway in the pouring rain which almost ruined the product we had ordered. The front door was literally 20 feet away and covered but for some reason they feel the need to constantly just toss packages into the open, even in bad weather. Horrible service.
These guys are so awesome and helpful! Liz is so pretty and amazing! And yes you need an appointment for a passport!
Contrary to the website information available on usps . com and the previous reviewers comments YOU CANNOT SUBMIT A PASSPORT APPLICATION WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT! The website has no indication that an appointment is needed and yet they will not process your passport app as a walk-in. There is only a handwritten sign taped to the door saying that starting January 1, 2015 an appointment for passports is necessary. When asked why the website doesn't reflect the policy change they have no indication other than "50 people came in one day". They are not helpful, understanding, or concerned that they don't uphold their own policies. Customer service is not a concern of theirs as I went in when no one else was in the post office and they still refused to take the application.
They put a package in the return to sender pile instead of delivering to my house, and marked it as delivered. It took 3 months for me to get my refund. Never got my package.
