I like Feldman's okay, but I don't think I'll be back there. I purchased a product called "SwiPets" which was supposed to pick up pet hair and claims to "Grab & Magnetizes Pet Hair Everywhere". What? Magnetizes? Anyway, does NOT work at all. What this has to do with Feldman's is that they carry this product in their store. So obviously they don't check their stock out first, or at least not all of it. So I'll go somewhere that I can trust, not a place that sells items that don't work.
I buy my dog food there and sometimes mite medicine, bedding, etc for my rats. Its a great store, the workers are very helpful and friendly, and i am never left disappointed. However i do wish they carried the mazuri rat food large bulk bags. It would complete all my animal supply needs.
Good selection of stuff but the people suck! No one asked if i need help, no one offered to help me lift 50lb bags of chicken feed. The manager walked by me and did not say a word. I said hi to the cashier and she said nothing back then started to talk to the other girl working and handed me my receipt with out a word, a good bye or anything. I'm not expecting them to be my personal shopper but a little customer service would have been nice. Wont go back if you pay me, i dont believe in rewarding bad service.
I have gone to feldmans for years for a large multitude of items and products, have always been taken care of there. Sometimes the prices on clothing seem a bit high but its always quality stuff at least what I have bought. I will say they seem to always be hiring, but I think a large portion of that is due to a large portion of the staff being high school students.
I give - 2 stars for there service department they had my my lawn mower for 2.5 months it cost me $800 I mowed 4 times it messed up again so I took it back the guy said he couldn't figure it out they had to call in another guy from a different store 2 weeks later I didn't hear anything so I called they said he hasn't made it there yet. So I said whatever I'll come get my lawn mower and take it else where. They said ok I'll get it back together. 2 days later I went to get it and had to wait an hour for them to put it back together. What a horrible horrible experience they are the worst I have ever seen and I did lawn and landscaping for 15 years. Oh and of course it wasn't anything they did it was something else so it wasn't warranty. The first time I took it is said I'm pretty sure it's the Carb, they said it was it was that then at the end they put on a new carb and it went for 4 mowes. You guys are terrible (THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN) it won't let me reply to your response. The only reason it got done is cause after all that time I went to an outside source for parts cause if I didn't it would have taken at least another month. So your invoice is only for one part and labor and the part that you guys got is what I said it was at the beginning. (Carburetor) and if the manager really wanted to talk to me he would call me him self.
